Here is key information you should know: It must be 5 years from the date of completion of your sentence of jail, prison, probation, or parole. It must be only one felony conviction or two misdemeanors. This change is new as of January 2015. Previously, a person was not allowed to have two misdemeanor convictions (It had to be one conviction and one conviction only.)
